Team Elite is comprised of Patricia Linskey and Joanne Delaney. Both Pat and Joanne began their real estate careers in 2003 and since then have been a top-producing real estate team with continuously achieving multimillion-dollar sales to withhold that status.

Pat and Joanne have shared a longtime interest in the Burlington community. They have participated and have been involved with community activities/groups such as: Burlington School PTO, religious education, Burlington Youth Hockey Association, Burlington Pop Warner, Baseball, Soccer, Wrestling, Swimming, members of the Burlington Swim & Tennis Club, the Booster Club, Woburn YMCA, Burlington Lifetime Fitness, volunteers for the Burlington Food Pantry, and are members of the Burlington Rotary & Chamber of Commerce.

Joanne and her husband have 2 sons and 4 grandchildren. She has lived and raised her family in Burlington for over 30 years! Before real estate, Joanne was an executive assistant for Raytheon.
Pat and her husband also have 2 sons and 6 grandchildren. Her and her family have resided in Burlington for 30+ years too! Before becoming a realtor, Pat was a manager at an advertising company.

Through the years both Pat and Joanne’s sons went through the home buying and selling process. Being real estate agents, they knew the process of buying and selling, but felt with their own children they really experienced first hand what it was like to purchase and sell all over again. They knew that if it weren’t for them guiding their children through the process, there was a good chance their children could have made poor decision, potentially losing thousands of their own hard-earned money. This helped Pat and Joanne grow their enthusiasm for the business solidifying that their career changes were the right thing for them. They commit to their clients as if they were family. Pat and Joanne give individual attention to guide, educate and take the stress out of the home selling and buying process from start to finish.

Their decision to team up in real estate has proven to provide the most beneficial service to their clients. They are honest and dependable, easy going and have fun personalities; but most important, they have strong aggressive work ethics and get results!
